IYPT-2019 International Year of Periodic Table - 2019 @ DSC

The United Nations General Assembly during its 74th Plenary Meeting proclaimed 2019 as the International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements (IYPT 2019) on 20 December 2017. Based on the 202 EX/Decision 43, the IYPT2019 was adopted by the UNESCO General Conference at its 39th Session (39 C/decision 60).

On 22-08-2019 there was a district level competition on the topic "Periodic Table of Chemical Elements: Impact on Human Welfare रासायनिक तत्वों की आवर्त सारणी: मानव कल्याण पर प्रभाव". Many participant presented their views for the competition and i work there along with Prof. R. R. Solanki, eminent faculty from BKM Science college for the better representation from our district.
